Here at PROCUBITOS EUROPE (henceforth, “PROCUBITOS”) we are committed to the respect for any privacy of your personal data, to which end we have adopted a series of technical and legal measures to carry out the proper protection of the confidentiality of the data we receive, store and/or process from the users of our websites.

How long will we keep your data for?

If you send us your CV, we may keep it for 1 year to include it in future convenings of staff, unless you revoke the consent provided or request the cancellation/elimination of your data or opposition to the processing.

Your data may be communicated to the other companies going to make up PROCUBITOS or associate companies for staff selection purposes if the party concerned has provided its specific consent, crossing the relevant box provided to this end.

We do also hereby inform you that PROCUBITOS does not plan to transfer your personal data to any third country or international organisation.

Do we process the data of minors?

The services provided by PROCUBITOS via its websites are aimed at the over-14’s.
